? Support configure-to-order manufacturing through a contract manufacturer from an engineering perspective.
? Direct interface to Itronix and CM production planning / scheduling (indirect to Itronix sales and client services) to support work-in-process by creating deviation authorizations (DANs), adjusting sales orders to ensure correct unit configurations and accessory product revisions
? Direct interface to Itronix and CM purchasing to ensure proper specs and BOMs are provided to suppliers; ensure accuracy of CM approved manufacturer / vendor information.
? Support offshore Itronix engineering team by reviewing projects in process, identifying new sustaining engineering tasks (typically related to quality and obsolescence), review impact of ECO changes to manufacturing and ensure implementation in manufacturing. Usually involves evening conference calls.
? Interface directly with CM manufacturing engineering to clarify work instructions and deviations, troubleshoot as necessary
? Direct interface to engineering and product line managers to coordinate transfer of new products from engineering / proto to mass production by ensuring BOM accuracy in Itronix and the CM system and transfer of approved vendor / manufacturer information to the CM and establishing timelines for purchase of material and engineering approval
? Analyze inventory consumption and management of inventory consigned to the CM
? Work with Itronix IT to identify requirements for future operations management IT systems
? Support Itronix quality engineering and field service engineering in troubleshooting and resolving quality issues

? Ability to read and interpret Bills of Materials
? Ability to read and interpret electromechanical drawings and specs
? Familiar with MRP systems, concepts and methods
o Experience with MAX and BaaN a plus
? Familiarity with SharePoint including creating document libraries and custom lists
? Motivated. Fast learner. Able to handle flexible work schedule requirements.
BSEE with 5+ years of experience with Itronix legacy product knowledge

Must be able to travel 20% of the time.
