Skills / Requirements
The following job duties and responsibilities are performed at all campuses on a weekly basis:
Responsible for ordering School supplies needed by faculty and staff.
Maintain a supply log current to assure that all supplies needed by faculty and staff are always in stock.
Maintain a current log with the inventory of equipment needed for all programs offered at the Institution and enter them in Quick books.
Enter purchase orders in quick books and send them to the Vendors on a timely manner.
Distribute supplies for Instructors and students on a timely manner.
Order white uniforms for students on a timely manner.
Order books for the all programs offered at the Institution.
Responsible for maintaining the supply room organized.
Type and post labels for all supplies and equipment stored in the supply room.
Responsible for processing and delivering all orders received to all campuses.
QUALIFICATIONS, SPECIAL SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:
High school graduate or its equivalent, plus 2 years of experience in Inventory Control.
