Job: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK--HOLMAN HONDA

HOLMAN HONDA OF FT. LAUDERDALE is looking for an ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK for our busy dealership. We are located in the heart of Ft. Lauderdale in a beautiful state-of-the-art dealership.

--Responsible for reconciliation of Parts & Service Accounts Receivable
--Responsible for posting & paying vendor invoices, & reconciliation of Accounts Payable schedule
--On demand checks printed as needed
--Prepare daily deposits service, vehicle & mail receipts
--Reconcile dealer statements
--Maintain checks, receipts & voided numerical files
--Code & enter vendor invoices into accounting system & pay all vendors
--Balance vendor statements to month-end books
--General office/switchboard relief when needed
--Other duties as assigned
