Job: Mental Health Housing Advisor

Part time positions available for Housing Advisors to work in our Next Step Program.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

b"Assisting in the delivery of care to residents including direct supervision of residents
b"Providing input into the treatment and discharge plans
b"Providing support, structure and guidance to the residents of the Next Step Program (age group 18 to 54).
b"Assisting members in attaining housing goals and acquiring basic living skills necessary for transition to permanent housing
b"Assuring that the program is in compliance with all Agencies for Healthcare Administration (AHCA) regulations through daily visitation in the apartments

Minimum Qualifications:
b"High School Diploma.
b"Two years experience with, providing services to people with chronic psychiatric
disability, preferably in a Housing or Residential program.
b"Reliable transportation.
b"Current Florida driver license and safe driving record acceptable to Bayview insurance carrier.
b"Good writing and communication skills.
b"Available and willing to accept flexible work schedule.
b"Physical ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend and lift up to 50 lbs. without restriction.
